It’s known as the Lego Super Mario: Mario Kart – Mario & Standard Kart set. As you can see in the header image above and further images below, this set features a buildable Mario complete with a posable head and arms. The Nintendo mascot is sitting behind the wheel of Mario Kart’s Standard Kart, described as “the most iconic Mario Kart vehicle of all”.

According to the listing, it will comprise 1972 pieces, with the complete build measuring 8.5 in. (22 cm) high, 12.5 in. (32 cm) long and 7.5 in. (19 cm) wide.

“Place the Standard Kart on the special stand, which allows you to show it at a dynamic angle as if it is being driven at speed or drifting in a Mario Kart race,” the listing reads. “This authentically detailed buildable model makes eye-catching Lego Super Mario decor in any fan’s bedroom, living room, game room or office.”

Nintendo and Lego teased its Mario Kart collaboration during last year’s Mario Day. It kept any real details very short, though. Other Nintendo and Lego collaborations include The Legend of Zelda’s Great Deku Tree, a Lego version of the original Nintendo Entertainment System and a chonky Lego Bowser, to name just three. Later this year, the companies are also releasing a Lego Game Boy model.

Elsewhere in Nintendo news, a new filing from the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) has confirmed multiple Switch 2 features.
